Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Effectively present and promote USLL's diagnostic services to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and sales agreements with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the diagnostics and healthcare industry.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of pathology services and medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
