Performance Marketing
- UniPin India is expanding, and we are looking for a self-motivated and independent individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing specialist.
- Based in our Gurgaon office, this role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies, who is passionate about driving performance and optimizing campaign results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, and DV360 platforms.
- Oversee all aspects of digital campaigns, including ideation, media planning, creative development, and execution.
- Manage a substantial digital marketing budget and ensure effective allocation across various platforms.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance to identify key performance drivers and opportunities for optimization.
- Utilize analytical tools to extract and analyze data, and leverage insights to guide strategic decisions and campaign improvements.
- Monitor and manage programmatic and biddable platforms, including Snapchat, Facebook, Google, and DV360.
- Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Develop and optimize customer segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance communication effectiveness and drive conversion.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer behaviours and preferences to tailor communication strategies effectively.
- Identify and implement optimal strategies to engage users at key moments and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders, to enhance the customer journey and drive subscription conversions.
- Manage relationships with global, local, and regional teams to ensure seamless communication and campaign execution.
Required Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of experience in growth or digital marketing roles, with a strong background in performance-based or ROAS-centric positions, preferably within a B2C organization.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google, Meta, and DV360.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, such as SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in campaign management, including budget handling, media planning, and creative communication.
- Experience with analytical tools and a solid grasp of analytics, attribution, and planning tools.
- Ability to manage programmatic and biddable platforms effectively.
- Excellent skills in customer insight, segmentation, and engagement.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
