Director - ERP Platforms Implementation (12-15 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Implementation to lead our Oracle HCM, Oracle ERP, and NetSuite ERP implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership experience, and expertise in managing large-scale ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM, Oracle ERP, and NetSuite ERP solutions.

- Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, consultants, and technical experts.

- Define and execute implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing escalations and ensuring high satisfaction.

- Develop best practices and standardized methodologies for ERP implementations.

- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to provide technical insights and solution feasibility.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

- Drive process improvements and automation in implementation workflows.

- Mentor and train internal teams on ERP functionalities and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 12+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on Oracle HCM, Oracle ERP, and NetSuite ERP.

- Strong expertise in ERP project management, including scoping, planning, execution, and risk mitigation.

- Hands-on experience with NetSuite technical implementations, scripting, and customizations is a plus.

- Proven ability to lead and manage large implementation teams.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience in cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS implementation methodologies.

- Proficiency in working with senior leadership and C-suite executives.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Cloud certifications in HCM, ERP, or NetSuite.

- Experience in multi-country ERP rollouts and global implementations.

- Knowledge of AI/ML-driven ERP functionalities and automation tools.

- Background in consulting or professional services.
