Job Location : Hybrid (2 days in week - Gurgaon) / Onsite

Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining Salesforce applications, customizing existing functionalities, and integrating Salesforce with other systems. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation. -

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Aura Components.

- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents. -

- Participate in design reviews and provide technical feedback.

Testing and Debugging :

- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and system tests.

- Debug and troubleshoot Salesforce applications and integrations.

- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality.

- Deploy Salesforce solutions using version control systems (Git) and deployment tools (Salesforce DX, ANT).

- Participate in release planning and deployment activities.

- Ensure smooth and efficient deployments.

- Perform basic Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management.

- Assist in maintaining Salesforce org health and performance.

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices.

- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, code comments, and user guides.

- Document development processes and best practices.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Aura Components.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP).

- Knowledge of Salesforce data model and security model.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Basic understanding of SOQL and SOSL.

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Experience with unit testing and debugging.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required Experience :

- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Proven experience in developing and customizing Salesforce applications.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce Certifications:

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.

- Salesforce Certified Administrator.

- Experience with Salesforce DX and scratch orgs.

- Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
