Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Accountant (Invoicing). This position is ideal for a fresher with basic knowledge of Tally software and accounting principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling invoicing tasks and basic accounting entries.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain records of invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and billing.
  • Perform basic accounting entries using Tally software.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to invoices and accounting entries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Tally software.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
