Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Leasing Manager to manage commercial and retail leasing for our projects. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling skills, market knowledge, and a proven record in closing lease deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential tenants for leasing commercial and retail spaces.

Handle end-to-end leasing process: site visits, negotiation, documentation & agreement closures.

Maintain strong broker network and channel partners.

Monitor market trends and rental values in targeted areas.

Prepare and maintain leasing MIS and regular reporting to management.
