Job Description

Design Development: Collaborate with senior engineers and other team members to develop detailed engineering designs and drawings based on project requirements
Assist in the creation of 2D and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software

Analyze design proposals, specifications, and technical data to determine feasibility and potential challenges

Collaborate with the testing team to gather data and make necessary design improvements
Material Selection: Work closely with the procurement team to select appropriate materials for designs, considering factors such as durability, cost, and environmental impact
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering documents, including design specifications, technical drawings, and reports
Maintain accurate records of design iterations, changes, and project progress
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of designs into the manufacturing process
Address design-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in engineering technologies, tools, and methodologies
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
Quality Control: Assist in quality control processes to ensure that final designs meet the required standards and specifications
Participate in design reviews and make necessary revisions based on feedback
