Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Application Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customizing and optimizing Salesforce applications, particularly within the Sales and Service Cloud platforms.

This role involves developing Apex classes and triggers, implementing Lightning Web Components (LWC), managing integrations, and providing support for both enhancement and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Implement Batch Apex and Scheduled Jobs to handle large data volumes and automate processes.

- Develop and manage Apex Triggers to enforce business logic.

- Configure and manage Salesforce Sharing settings to ensure proper data access and security.

- Utilize Salesforce administrative features to support user needs and system functionality.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and legacy systems using common integration patterns.

- Create and manage SOQL queries, Reports, and Dashboards to support business analytics.

- Participate in support and enhancement projects, addressing user issues and implementing system improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Experience with Batch Apex, Scheduled Jobs, and Apex Triggers.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sharing settings and administrative features.

- Proficient in SOQL and experienced in creating Reports and Dashboards.

- Familiarity with integration patterns between Salesforce and legacy systems.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
