Senior Salesforce Developer - LWC & Data Cloud (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Lightning Web Components and foundational experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce applications, driving front-end innovation with LWC, and contributing to the strategic adoption of Data Cloud capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop complex LWC components with seamless integration into Salesforces backend and external systems.

- Create responsive, dynamic, and interactive UI components using LWC, Apex, and related Salesforce technologies.

- Optimize application performance using techniques such as lazy loading, caching, and DOM management.

- Implement custom workflows, business logic, and triggers using Apex.

- Lead front-end architectural discussions and mentor junior developers on LWC best practices.

- Ensure security, maintainability, and scalability of Salesforce applications through adherence to Salesforce coding standards and patterns.

- Understand and assist with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) capabilities, such as data ingestion, identity resolution, unification, and segmentation.

- Collaborate with data and integration teams to ensure effective use of Data Cloud in unifying and activating customer data.

- Support configuration and maintenance of Data Cloud models and connections to Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

- Participate in the setup of environments and workflows that leverage Data Cloud for business insights and personalization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Aura.

- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development patterns.

- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture, Platform Events, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).

- Proven ability to translate complex UI/UX requirements into performant and reusable LWC components.

- Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP fundamentals.

- Understanding of data models, ETL processes, segmentation logic, and identity resolution.

- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud integrations.
