Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual/Automation Testing (3-7 yrs)

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on both manual and automated testing.

- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

- Strong understanding and experience withVueJS, specifically Quasar framework and Composition API.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Knowledge of performance and load testing tools like Lighthouse.

- Experience in testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.

- Certification in software testing (e. g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.

Job Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, both manual and automated.

- Create and execute test plans for the VueJS application, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.

- Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and issues.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks, with a focus on Cypress.

- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not compromised with new releases.

- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the development team.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on unit tests.

- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance product quality.

- Conduct performance testing using tools like Lighthouse and suggest optimizations.

- Document the testing environment setup, test plans, and results comprehensively.

- Optional: Conduct accessibility testing and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Optional: Create CI/CD pipeline configurations to automate test runs and integrate test reporting.\
