Role Overview:.

- As a Senior Business Consultant in Trade Finance, you will test and implement Trade Finance Systems for clients across Asia and Europe.

- You'll collaborate with top-tier development and product teams, experts in the Trade Finance field, to support complex client needs.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Design and deliver presentations to customers, providing clear insights and solutions.

- Facilitate functional training sessions for end-users.

- Conduct requirement and gap analysis workshops with stakeholders.

- Draft and refine functional specification documents.

- Configure product parameters and system setup at customer locations.

Write and execute user stories and test cases.

- Support bank users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production stages.

- Provide ongoing business support and ensure optimal client satisfaction.

Required Knowledge and Experience:.

- At least 2 years in Trade Finance Operations within a bank or banking BPO.

- A minimum of 2 years in testing Trade Finance Systems such as CGI, Intellect iGTB, Newgen, Eximbills, Finastra, IMEX, or Trade Finance modules in core-banking systems like Temenos, Finacle, or Oracle FCUBS.
