Shift: US CST (7Pm 3 am or 8pm-4 am)

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier IT professionals who are currently on the bench and actively marketing them to prospective clients. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining a strong network of bench candidates, while also nurturing relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
• Utilize various sources, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract talented IT professionals on the bench.
• Engage with candidates and assess their skills, experience, and suitability for potential client requirements.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified bench candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates

• 2.Sales and Business Development:
• Proactively identify potential clients and initiate conversations to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Market and present bench candidates to clients, highlighting their skills, experience, and potential fit for the specific job openings.
• Actively promote the company's services and value proposition to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.

• 3.Relationship Management:
• Cultivate strong relationships with both bench candidates and clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Keep candidates informed about potential job opportunities and maintain regular communication to understand their career aspirations and preferences.
• Collaborate with the account management team to ensure seamless candidate submission and interview processes.

• 4.Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Analyze and interpret data related to bench candidates, client preferences, and market demands to make informed decisions.

• 5.Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, client communications, and business development activities using appropriate tools and systems.
• Generate regular reports to track performance metrics and share progress with the leadership team.

The Person

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 0-6 months as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT staffing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to changing market dynamics.
