Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns via phone calls, emails, or chats in Marathi language.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues related to banking products and services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints efficiently.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO industry (domestic voice process preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Marathi language (written & spoken).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Ability to work on Inbound processes, Voice Process, Domestic Voice Process roles.

Worst place to work...if you are trainee you may try to ask them why the rating of this company is low but they will misguide you that these employees were not fit...because when i joined i experienced the same thing...but you yourself will get to know once you teach the production floor...i suggest dont waste your time and hardwork here
