Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality.
- Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO voice process or domestic voice process (CSE).
- Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written).
- Strong convincing power and interpersonal skills for effective customer handling.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.

Worst place to work...if you are trainee you may try to ask them why the rating of this company is low but they will misguide you that these employees were not fit...because when i joined i experienced the same thing...but you yourself will get to know once you teach the production floor...i suggest dont waste your time and hardwork here
