Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to communicate with our Russian customers in both written and spoken English within corporate environment
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Eligibility
- "Proficiency in Russian language, along with strong communication, verbal and writing skills, is required."
- Fresher/ experience both can apply.
- Graduates with C1 Russian certification can apply.
Work Culture
- 5 days working with 2 rotational offs
- Shift Timings - Rotational Shifts 24*7
