Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through voice calls to clients in various industries.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries and concerns efficiently.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field (freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
- Strong proficiency in speaking Nepali language
