Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO or call center environment (domestic voice process).
- Strong proficiency in Assamese language (spoken) with good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications including MS Office software suite.
- Ability to work on outbound calling campaigns for domestic clients.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly to changing processes.
