Job Description
- Coordinating and interface with other international design and development teams
- Contribute in project requirements Analysis and Design
- Assist in the development of Project plan and schedule
- Understand and Update the software design document based on requirement changes
- Develop software in C/C++ technologies and web pages
- Conduct software peer and code reviews.
- Recommend plan to improve software quality in products.
- BE - Computer Science \ Electronics Engineering or Equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience in software development in Linux environment
- C & C++ experience is a must
- Exposure to software design patterns.
- Interfacing with communications protocols such as Ethernet & TCP/IP, Modbus/ BACnet SNMP protocol is preferred
- Experience with various web technologies including CGI/ Json/ HTML/ JavaScript is a must
- Own the project and coordinate with functional contacts at different locations
- Ability to develop readable, robust, reliable, well-structured code is a must
- Ability to review code for readability, and robust/reliable operation in an software system is a must
- Real-time operating system experience is preferred
- Yocto experience is a plus
- Web/CGI application background is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
- Good Interpersonal skills & Strong Team Player"

Very much difference in culture of overall vertiv and Pune vertiv. Pune vertiv is having partiality and politics at pick. Because no new development and dept head not having capability to do new product. HOD making conflicts between team. Instead of building team it is team split mentality. Huge difference in salaries, also it is not depend on designation.
