Back Office Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and updating stock registers.
  
• Prepare and dispatch purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.
  
• Process returns, replacements, and buybacks efficiently.
  
• Update financial records accurately using manual DC systems.
  
• Conduct trail balance checks to ensure accuracy before finalizing accounts.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in back office operations or related field.
  
• Proficiency in BM/CM reports preparation and BOI report generation.
  
• Strong understanding of finance updation processes and fund updation procedures.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
