Job Description
Designation : Front Office/ Receptionist
Department : Front Office
Scope : This position holds the following Roles and
Responsibilities in the department of Front Office.
Qualification : Any Graduate
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receiving patients and generation of requisition slip based on doctors prescription, or test requisition form given by the customer/Patient.
- Collection of accurate cash, credit requisition from patients/ customers.
- Check patient readiness for requested tests
- Guide the patient about the tests and rooms / floors to approach for the same.
- In addition to receiving of patients, attending phone calls and answering queries of patients and other customers.
- Follow-up on report status
- Dispatch reports, after confirming right party
- Maintain cash hand-over register, cash & card transaction data and submit it to the branch manager daily
