Job Description
Vijaya Diagnostics Limited
Location: Pune
Position: Patient Relationship Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their queries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Provide detailed information about diagnostic tests, procedures, and related healthcare services.
- Coordinate effectively with the concerned Cluster Manager/Zonal Manager to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to create a welcoming environment.
- Educate patients about pre-test and post-test procedures to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between patients and the healthcare team.
- Follow up with patients to gather feedback and improve service quality.
