Responsibilities: Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on complex equipment and systems. Lead and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support. Coordinate and prioritize work assignments, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and project managers, to support equipment installations and upgrades. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment inventories. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in the relevant field.
