Sales Head (Export) - Fire Fighting Industry.

With a strong presence in domestic and international markets, we are now looking to scale our global footprint across the oil & gas sector.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Export Head to lead and grow our international business in the Oil & Gas sector. The candidate must have a strong background in selling products and turnkey projects to major global oil companies and should currently be managing a business portfolio of minimum ₹200 Cr with a team of 20+ professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead international sales for products and projects related to fire protection systems in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in regions including but not limited to: Middle East: ADNOC (Abu Dhabi), Kuwait Petroleum, Qatar EnergyGlobal Majors: Shell, ExxonMobil, Petronas, PetrobrasCIS Countries: SOCAR (Azerbaijan), Kazakhstan, SAARC Countries
• Ensure business generation of at least INR 200 Crores annually from international markets.
• Drive strategic partnerships, project bidding, tendering, and contract negotiations.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing international sales team (minimum 20 members).
• Coordinate with internal departments like engineering, production, and logistics for seamless project execution.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and country-specific trade policies.
• Represent the company in global exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings abroad.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors in Engineering / International Business; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of international sales experience in oil & gas, preferably in fire protection systems, EPC, or industrial equipment.
• Strong connect with major global oil companies and EPC contractors.
• Proven leadership in handling large teams and multi-country operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for business development and client engagement.
