Vineforce - Senior Quality Analyst - Automation/Manual Testing (2-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated).

- Identify and report software defects and inconsistencies.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

- Document testing results and report bugs in tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, etc.).

- Continuously improve testing strategies to enhance product quality.

- Analyze business and functional requirements and recommend improvements.

- Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- [2+ years] of experience in software testing or QA roles.

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.

- Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, etc.) is a plus.

- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Experience in performance and/or security testing is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with continuous integration and testing in CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of testing in Agile environments.
