RPA Developer - UiPath (2-4 yrs)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and driven RPA Developer to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with 2 to 4 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy robust automation solutions, playing a key role in transforming business operations for our clients, particularly within the Telecom and BFSI sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

As an RPA Developer, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end development and deployment of automation solutions.

Your core responsibilities will include :

- Solution Design & Development : Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.

- Process Automation : Automate complex business processes, with a focus on areas within the Telecom or BFSI sectors (e.g., claims processing, customer onboarding, billing, Know Your Customer - KYC procedures, etc.

- Technical Implementation : Handle intricate automation tasks including Excel automation, effective use of selectors, advanced string and logical operations, and robust exception handling mechanisms within RPA workflows.

- Testing & Deployment : Conduct thorough unit testing of developed automations to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Provide strong support during the deployment phase to ensure smooth go-live.

- Documentation & Maintenance : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed RPA solutions, including process design documents, solution design documents, and test plans.

- Support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of deployed bots.

- Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts (BAs) to understand process requirements and with Tech Leads to ensure adherence to architectural standards. Contribute to building scalable and reusable automation components.

Must-Have Skills :

- RPA Platform Proficiency : Hands-on development experience with any major RPA platform, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere (AA), or Power Automate.

- Logical & Debugging Skills : Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and excellent debugging skills to identify and resolve issues within automation workflows.

- Workflow Handling : Proven ability to design and manage complex automation workflows effectively.

- Process Understanding : A good understanding of business processes, particularly within the Telecom or BFSI domains, is highly advantageous.

Preferred Skills :

- Scripting Knowledge : Basic scripting knowledge in VB.NET or Python is a plus, as it can aid in extending RPA capabilities.

- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

- Communication : Good verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate with team members
