Executive - MIS & Learner Support

We are looking for candidates Candidates with 2 - 5 years of work experience and in age group of 25-35 years based at Thane, Kalyan, Navi-Mumbai or central Mumbai with any educational qualification i.e., degree, diploma (Skills are important) ready to join within 7 -15 days.
Mandatory Skills Required
- With expertise in advanced Excel in preparing MIS Dashboard.- Candidates should have good communication skills in English, Hindi to support learners through email, WhatsApp including voice calling.

The primary role involves effective management of online learning platform.

• It involves right from uploading the courses, to creating user IDs and passwords and give technical support to learners on the platform through multiple channels of communication.
• The role also involves coordinating with the client organization and individual learners by publishing MIS Dash Board and communicating with email, WhatsApp and any mode communication helping the clients to be updated with the information.
• The preparation of MIS dashboard involves the candidate to be responsible for downloading data dump and work on automation tools to publish data to be accessed by the client organizations and learners on a daily basis.
• The candidate is fully responsible for collating data from the learning management system platform to get new insights and help the learners to complete their courses within the scheduled time.
• The role involves 06 day a week schedule.
