We are looking for a visionary Senior Director to lead the development and launch of our next-generation Merchant Data Platform. This platform transforms how we manage, enrich, and leverage merchant data, providing our businesses and partners with unparalleled insights and capabilities. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive data strategies and implementing advanced technological processes. The role requires close collaboration with senior leaders across various departments to ensure alignment and integration of data management practices. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and manage a high-performing team of data engineers and full stack engineers to deliver exceptional results.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Basic Qualifications:
12+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 15+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
15+ years of experience with leading and architecting large scale distributed
