We are looking for 8+ Years of experienced and innovative QA Architect to lead and strategize the design, implementation, and optimization of our quality assurance processes. As a QA Architect, you
will play a pivotal role in defining testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies while ensuring the
delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.

Responsibilities :

Strategic QA Leadership :

- Define the QA strategy, approach, and execution in development projects.

- Establish quality metrics, track quality trends, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

- Drive automation-first strategies and frameworks across the organization.

Test Framework & Tools :

- Design and develop robust, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks.

- Recommend and implement appropriate testing tools and technologies for various products.

- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Process Improvement :

- Identify and address gaps in the QA process.

- Continuously improve testing strategies to align with industry best practices.

- Advocate for shift-left testing principles to detect defects earlier in the development lifecycle.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Partner with development, product, and release teams to align QA efforts with project goals.

- Mentor QA engineers and foster knowledge sharing within the team.

- Participate in architecture reviews to provide a QA perspective.

Technical Expertise :

- Ensure the testing of all layers: unit, integration, system, performance, and security testing.

- Conduct proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging testing technologies.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of cloud-based, microservices, and distributed architectures.

Required Skills :

- Proven experience in quality assurance leadership in automation testing.

- Expertise in developing and scaling test automation frameworks for web, mobile, APIs, and - microservices.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

- Knowledge of performance and security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, OWASP ZAP).

- Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, JavaScript.

- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and testing in agile environments.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker,Kubernetes).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Leadership capabilities with a collaborative mindset.

- Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- ISTQB or equivalent QA certifications are a plus.
