Job Description :

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive frontend development for enterprise-scale web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean, efficient UI/UX and has experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and delivering high-quality code.

Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of frontend developers, guiding them through design, development, and deployment.

- Architect and build scalable, responsive web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue).

- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product owners to build engaging user experiences.

- Ensure code quality via code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.

- Optimize application performance and responsiveness.

- Drive technical discussions, evaluate new tools/technologies, and introduce improvements.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of frontend development experience

- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

- Strong hands-on experience with one or more frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

- Experience with state management tools like Redux, NgRx, or Vuex

- Proficient in RESTful API integration and JSON handling

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment workflows

- Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and responsive design

- Experience with unit testing tools (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine)

- Exposure to accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Next.js, Nuxt.js, or Server-Side Rendering (SSR)

- Exposure to Micro Frontends architecture

- Cloud experience: AWS / Azure / GCP

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker

- Prior team leadership or project management experience
