- Monitor and control the work to ensure that the project remains on track and in control.

- Ensure projects implement defined organization standards and processes to ensure risk free delivery.

- Create and deliver relevant and impactful communications for diverse audiences (executives, customer support, sales and product managers)

- Collaborate with other functional leads to define process, operating procedures and metrics to support customer engagements.

- Dynamically manage day to day activities with minimum supervision

- Plan the project based on a defined need results in detailed scope/budget/schedule baseline.

- Manage to the objectives and plan by thorough risk, issue and change management across both business and IT parts of the project.

- Plan for and manage change.

- Reports on variances to the approved project baseline.

- 3+ Years Work Experience on Jira

- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS project management or IT modernization solutions.

- Domain expertise in identity management, IT security and/or HR platform

- Experience in working with all stakeholders in varied time zones.

- Ability to prioritize high-impact activities, manage multiple priorities and keep complex projects moving forward.

- Experience successfully leading, influencing and collaborating with different functions within the organization.

- Good documentation skills

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills

- PMP / CSM certification is nice to have.

- Bachelors degree or demonstrated professional equivalent.
