Lead Salesforce Architect

• As a Salesforce Architect, you will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into effective CRM strategies.
• You will also ensure that the CRM system is integrated seamlessly with other business systems and processes.
• The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, data management, and customer relationship strategies.
• You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and trends and continuously seek ways to improve our CRM capabilities.

  to present your ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you ll be doing

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
• Participate in CRM strategy and planning meetings
  Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Ensure seamless integration of the CRM system with other business systems
• Develop and maintain Salesforce data models and architecture
• Monitor and optimize CRM system performance
  Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and trends
• Develop and implement CRM best practices and standards
  Manage CRM projects from inception to completion
  Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system
• Develop and implement CRM workflows and automation
  Conduct regular CRM system audits and assessments
  Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
• Create and maintain CRM documentation and training materials
  Collaborate with various departments to understand their CRM needs
  Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
  Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues
• Provide technical guidance and support to CRM users
  Collaborate with VCS Trainers to support education sessions and workshops
• Work with vendors and third-party providers to enhance CRM capabilities

What ll make you a Great Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, workflows, integration and implementation
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle
• Experience with CRM data modeling, reporting analytics
  Design and implementation proficiency in SQL and other database management tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  Knowledge of CRM best practices and standards
• Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  Knowledge of customer relationship strategies and practices
• Experience with external vendor management
• Working knowledge of one or more of the following: Confluence, Jira, SQL, Miro, Looker
• Proficiency in general web development experience with HTML5 CSS, and JavaScript
• Good understanding of data security and privacy regulations
• Ability to provide technical support, training guidance to teammates and other business users.
