Vivre Panels is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Specialist to manage our data systems, provide actionable insights, and enhance reporting efficiency. This role will focus on data management, process automation, and leveraging tools like Excel, Google Sheet and Zoho for better business outcomes.

We are offering on job training to learn ZOHO Software Suite to upgrade your skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Collect, organize, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy.
• Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
• Process Automation: Use advanced tools and techniques to automate recurring tasks.
• Systems Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot MIS systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Zoho Integration: Learn and implement Zoho software suite to enhance data management and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Appscript knowledge is required, as is familiarity with Google Sheets. familiarity with sophisticated formulae and shortcuts. Excellent at visualizing data.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in MIS or a similar role.
• Strong command of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros) and reporting tools.
• Willingness to learn and work with Zoho software suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
