Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and key accounts.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with sales, logistics, and support teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Manage client communications, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor account health and proactively identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and interaction history in the CRM system.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or customer-facing roles.
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and professional communication practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and build rapport.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts.
• Prior experience in the interior materials or construction industry is a plus.
