Pega Developer (5-10 yrs)

Overview :

The Pega Developer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications, contributing to the overall success of projects in Noida or Hyderabad.

This position is integral to ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of Pega applications to meet the organization's business objectives.

Key responsibilities :

- Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions.

- Implement best practices for Pega application development.

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability.

- Participate in system and user acceptance testing.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega application development.

- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent certification.

- Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC and its application.

- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web technologies.

- Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum practices.

- Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize Pega applications.
