MERN Stack Developer - MongoDB/Express.js/React.js (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

- Design and implement efficient database schemas in MongoDB.

- Build and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.

- Develop interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js.

- Implement and maintain Micro Frontend architectures to support modular and independent development.

- Design and develop reusable components and modules for seamless integration across micro frontends.

- Manage communication and data sharing between micro frontends.

- Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.

- Develop and implement GraphQL endpoints for efficient data fetching and manipulation.

- Ensure API security, performance, and reliability.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end systems.

- Implement caching strategies and optimize database queries.

- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to define and implement project requirements.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

- Write clean, well documented code.

- Implement unit and integration testing.

- Participate in deployment and monitoring of applications.

Requirements :

- Expert proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and related technologies.

- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming.

- Extensive experience in designing and implementing Micro Frontend architectures.

- Knowledge of micro frontend frameworks and patterns.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.

- Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client/Server.

- Solid understanding of NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.

- Experience with database schema design and optimization.

- Proficiency with Git.

Software Development Practices :

- Understanding of agile methodologies.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- 5-10 years of experience in full-stack web development using the MERN stack.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with front end build tools (Webpack, Babel).

- Experience with performance monitoring tools.

- Experience with Typescript.
