Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITIL Frameworks (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow applications and services, including custom applications and modules.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, and related components.

- Implement and manage ServiceNow Service Catalog items and workflows.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP web services.

- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Access Control Lists (ACLs), including advanced scripting of each.

- Customize ServiceNow UI and portal components to meet specific business requirements.

- Configure and manage ServiceNow notifications, events, and scheduled jobs.

- Design and implement integrations with other systems using REST and SOAP web services.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow APIs and web service integrations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow applications.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ServiceNow developers.

- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Assist in the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Participate in requirements gathering sessions and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve issues.

Required Skills :

- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and customization.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and functionalities.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript).

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

- Experience with Web Services, REST, and SOAP.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
