Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) environments.
- Maintain and troubleshoot AD replication, DNS, and other core AD services.
- Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security policies and configurations.
- Perform regular health checks and performance monitoring of AD infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs).
- Manage and configure Azure AD, including user provisioning, application integration, and directory synchronization.
- Implement and manage hybrid identity solutions using Azure AD Connect.
- Configure and manage Azure AD B2C for customer identity and access management.
- Implement and manage Conditional Access policies and Identity Protection features.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating AD tasks, user provisioning, and configuration management.
- Automate routine AD maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
- Create and manage custom reports and dashboards using PowerShell.
- Implement and maintain security best practices for AD and Azure AD environments.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. -
- Manage and troubleshoot AD security issues.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for AD and Azure AD issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other IT teams (network, security, applications) to ensure seamless integration of AD and Azure AD services.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Provide training and support to end-users on AD-related topics.
- Develop and implement AD disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Perform regular backups and restores of AD data.
- Test and validate disaster recovery procedures.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Extensive experience with Windows Server and Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
- Deep understanding of Group Policy Management.
- Experience with AD replication, DNS, and other core AD services.
- Proficient in managing Azure AD and hybrid identities.
- Experience with Azure AD Connect, Azure AD B2C, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration tasks.
- Understanding of AD security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience with security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- 6-9 years of experience as an Active Directory Administrator or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
