Sitecore Developer (6-12 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sitecore Developer to join our team.

As a Sitecore Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining digital solutions on the Sitecore platform, ensuring seamless integration, and delivering high-quality, customized web experiences.

You will collaborate with other developers, designers, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions that meet the needs of our clients and enhance their digital presence.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Sitecore-based websites and applications, including the implementation of templates, layouts, components, and workflows.

- Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems, including CRM, ERP, and other marketing tools.

- Ensure that websites are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Design, build, and maintain Sitecore data models, pipelines, and services for content management and delivery.

- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure the integration of custom front-end designs with Sitecore functionality.

- Implement Sitecore best practices for version control, deployment, and debugging.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive design across devices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sitecore applications, including bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.

- Stay current with Sitecore's latest features, updates, and releases.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Sitecore Developer, with hands-on experience in Sitecore development and Sitecore CMS customization.

- Strong proficiency in Sitecore development tools, including Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore Experience Commerce (XC), Sitecore Content Hub, and Sitecore SXA.

- Experience with Sitecore's API and data access layer (Sitecore API, Sitecore. Data. Items, Sitecore. ContentSearch).

- Proficiency in C#, ASP. NET, MVC, and Web Forms.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e. g., React, Angular).

- Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, etc. ), and experience working with Sitecore's database structure.

- Experience with version control tools (e. g., Git, TFS).

- Knowledge of Sitecore security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and secure coding.

- Familiarity with Sitecore marketing features (A/B testing, personalization, campaigns, etc. ) and their integration.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Sitecore certifications (Sitecore Experience Developer, Sitecore Certified Professional, etc. ) are highly desirable.

- Experience with cloud-based deployments (Azure, AWS).

- Knowledge of Sitecore's deployment tools (Sitecore Deployment, Sitecore CLI, Sitecore Containers).

- Understanding of DevOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
