SAP FICO Blaze Developer - GL/AP/AR Modules (4-11 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement business rules and decision logic within the SAP FICO landscape using the "Blaze" development platform.

- Integrate "Blaze" rules and logic seamlessly with SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

- Collaborate closely with SAP FICO functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for "Blaze" development.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for "Blaze" rules, including design specifications, implementation details, and testing scenarios.

- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to "Blaze" rules and their integration with SAP FICO processes.

- Optimize the performance of "Blaze"-based solutions to ensure efficiency and scalability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP FICO and the "Blaze" development platform.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices for "Blaze" development.

- Collaborate with other technical teams, such as ABAP developers and integration specialists, to deliver comprehensive

solutions.

- Contribute to the development of reusable "Blaze" components and frameworks to improve development efficiency.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience working with SAP FICO modules.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing business rules and decision logic using a "Blaze" technology (Please specify the exact "Blaze" technology if it refers to a specific product or framework).

- Strong understanding of SAP FICO business processes and configuration, including but not limited to :

1. General Ledger Accounting

2. Accounts Payable

3. Accounts Receivable

4. Asset Accounting

5. Controlling (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders)

6. Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

- Experience in integrating external systems or applications with SAP FICO using "Blaze" rules.

- Solid understanding of data structures and data flow within SAP FICO.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with functional and technical teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with SAP Business Rules Management (BRM) or similar rule engine technologies.

- Knowledge of ABAP programming for debugging or enhancing "Blaze" integrations with SAP.

- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP FICO systems.

- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager for managing development and deployment processes.

- Experience in working with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

- Understanding of workflow and process design within SAP.

- Experience with testing frameworks relevant to business rule development.
