Business Development in Freight Forwarding, MLO's & NVOCC

1 Manage overall business Marketing, Sales & Operational activities

2 To ensure carrying out all operational, Marine & other Support Services in the most efficient and cost effective manner"

3 Ensure to improve market share in terms of volume and revenue and to achieve the assigned Budgeted target.

4 Markerting and deliverance to concerned principals i.e. to MLO's & NVOCC in respect to their expectation.

5 Reviewing and identifying the potentials of various business prospect for further development.

6 Maintaining close liasion with Principals and related departments for exchanage of informations.

7 Effective coordiantion with Customers for timely loading of their cargo on first available Vessel.
