Legal Counsel Role - IT (5-6 yrs)

- Statements of Work (SOWs).

- We are seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team and provide essential legal guidance and support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.

- Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of legal documents are essential for this role.

Responsibilities : Legal Advice and Support: Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters relevant to the IT industry. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Contract Management: Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal. Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and liabilities.

- Provide legal input on contract disputes and claims. Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research on various egal topics. Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends. Provide legal opinions and recommendations based on research findings. Risk Management: Identify and assess legal risks. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks.

- Provide legal counsel on risk management initiatives.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of professional legal experience. At least 2 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent legal research and analysis skills. Ability to draft and negotiate legal documents effectively. Strong understanding of legal principles and concepts. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
