Pre-Sales Manager

Must be comfortable to work in different shift.

• 5+ years of experience in overseas market like UK & USA for software and services pre-sales.
• At least 1+ years as a Team Lead supporting team of 5 to 6 sales executives.

• B. Tech/M.Sc. in computer science or MCA.
• Must have at least 5 - 7 years of experience in software technical / delivery roles such as project manager, delivery manager, engagement manager, Project Lead etc.
• Knowledge of PHP/.Net and database architecture is essential.
• The candidate must demonstrate a progressive set of experiences e.g. developer, technical lead, solution architect, project manager, etc. against a software development lifecycle context.
• Proven experience in presales, solution selling and practice management is required.
• Experience in the software industry in organizations delivering software development services in a global context.
• Experience of working with offshore software execution teams is an added advantage.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

• To discuss and attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
• Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
• Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
• Deliver training on solutions when necessary.
• Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development frame work.
• Co-ordinate with sales and delivery team for understanding the customer requirement.
• Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and company.
• Provide accurate time and cost estimation.
