Position: Head - Power Global EPC

Location: Mumbai

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to head Gas-to-Power Global EPC Business. This is a high-impact P&L role responsible for end-to-end business leadership - including strategy, business development, mega project execution, and stakeholder management - across global geographies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute long-term strategy for global Gas-to-Power EPC operations.

- Lead large-scale EPC project delivery with full accountability for sales, profitability, quality, and safety.

- Drive business growth through customer acquisition, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

- Oversee core functions: Commercials, Project Execution, Supply Chain, EHS, and Quality.

- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional leadership team across locations.

- Maintain strong relationships with global clients, regulators, and key stakeholders.

Desired Profile :

~25-30 years of experience in Power EPC with leadership roles

- Strong exposure to Gas-to-Power preferred; candidates from Power, Thermal Power, and broader EPC Power industries will also be considered

- 5+ years in a senior P&L role, ideally with international exposure (Middle East/GCC markets a plus)

- Proven strengths in business growth, large-scale project delivery, and cross-functional leadership

- Engineering degree mandatory; post-grad in Management or Construction Technology preferred
