Business Development Manager
- Whizz HR is hiring Business Development Manager.
Job Description:
- Candidate should have experience in acquiring business.
- Research and generate leads, make initial contact and meet potential clients to accurately qualify the prospect.
- Leading accounts and building strategy to grow the Business.
- Generating revenue & profit targets as defined for accounts.
- Participating in and Leading brainstorms for New business opportunities.
- Be able to pitch succinctly and persuasively with an eagerness to close the deal.
- Closing sales orders and achievement of assigned targets.
- Consultative selling and client education on how the company's digital solutions can add value to them.
- Re-establish and maintain current prospect relationship.
- Proven track record in driving sales & business objectives.
- Strong Team Player, acts like an owner and focused on delivering the results.
- Proven working experienced as a business development personnel, sales executive, ad sales or similar relevant role.
- Proven sales track record.
- 5+ years advertising experience.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Market knowledge.

BD Roles & Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate new business meetings/pitches and respond to RFI's, participating and preparing presentations.
- Write compelling business proposals.
- Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.
- Coordinate with the delivery team and client to set the expectation right on both the sides.
- Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
- Establish a strategy for opening opportunities with new or lapsed clients.
- Manage day to day activities for lead generation campaigns - track new business contacts/CRM database and follow up.
- Have In-depth understanding of the market and be up-to-date on the new trends in the market.
- Establish and grow relationships with internal stakeholders/decision-makers / influencers within major clients and Vendors/Partners.
- Coordinate with marketing on outbound activities to help generate new business and speaker opportunities at various events.
