Join our growing team as an Area Sales Manager/Zonal Manager - Agri Textile, where you'll lead sales growth and market expansion for agri-infrastructure and technical textile products such as shade nets, anti-hail nets, crop covers, fencing, and mulch films.

📍 Location: Multiple Region

💰 Compensation: Competitive salary + Performance based incentives

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through dealer/distributor management & institutional sales
• Promote protective farming solutions via demos, farmer meetings, and agri-exhibitions
• Build strong farmer and partner networks while ensuring top-tier post-sales support
• Collaborate with KVKs, agri-departments, and universities for product validation
• Provide market intelligence and manage territory performance through CRM

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Agriculture / Horticulture / Agri-Business (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of sales experience in agri-inputs, agri-tech, or farm infrastructure
• Familiarity with crop cycles, regional farming practices, and farmer behavior
• Strong communication in local languages, and hands-on field experience is a must
