Role & responsibilities
Must have technical knowledge to troubleshoot and configure, SDWAN, Voice [voice side of network], Aruba, Digi and MRS/MLAN devices.
Document RFO/RCA documents
IC or TL - IC
Voice/ Non-Voice - Voice
Shift - 24/7 rotational
Certifications - Good to have CCNA/CCNP certifications
Experience - 8+ years of experience
Experience Breakup - 5 years experience and with ITIL Level qualifications or equivalent
Preferred candidate profile
- Supports overall delivery and maintenance of the client services for the LCM Team
- Knowledgeable about Sysco Corps environment and services.
- Key participant in governance, stewardship reporting, strategic planning activity and joint cost
containment initiatives along with Customer satisfaction. - End-to-end engagement and support of Incident, Fault, Problem, Change, Request, Project
- Management and the attainment of operational service level (SLA) targets.
- Detailed and timely engagement on incidents.
- Clearly documented RFO/RCA documents.
- Weekly and Monthly Incident summaries
