Job Description
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: PAN India
Service Provider will be responsible for providing the following support including, for instance:
Zscaler
- Administration of Zscaler internet access portal, client portals
- Policy management includes but not limited to Internet (URL), Cloud app control, Browser isolation, client/agent configurations, Internet bypass, PAC and SSL policy.
- Change Management – Whitelist, blacklist, Client configurations and policy configurations.
- Incident management – Troubleshooting internet access, Zscaler incidents including agent side issues.
- Platform service requests – Less common service tasks focused on the underlying platform and include tasks such as integration with new IDP.
- Vendor escalations and engagement.
- Agent software maintenance – upgrades, patches, and rollout
