Job Description:

- Partner with Marketing, Product, and CRM teams to identify opportunities for personalization and data-driven decision-making.

- Build and optimize machine learning models (e.g., churn prediction, propensity models, segmentation).

- Analyze customer behaviors across personal and business banking products to inform campaign targeting and product development.

- Design A/B tests and multi-variate experiments to measure marketing impact.

- Develop customer lifetime value and attribution models to evaluate campaign ROI.

- Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights and performance to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable data pipelines and feature engineering.

- Maintain model documentation, ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements
