Senior NLP Engineer - Artificial Intelligence (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain conversational AI systems and chatbots using state-of-the-art NLP frameworks and tools, including Hugging Face Transformers.

- Design and implement NLP models for various applications, such as text classification, sentiment analysis, intent recognition, and entity recognition.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

- Work on language generation and understanding tasks to improve the capabilities of chatbots and virtual assistants.

- Utilize Langchain and other relevant technologies to build multilingual NLP solutions.

- Conduct research on emerging NLP and AI trends, and integrate innovative techniques into existing systems.

- Perform data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model training to ensure the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.

- Optimize and fine-tune NLP models to improve their performance and resource efficiency.

- Evaluate and implement security measures to protect sensitive user data in NLP applications.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in NLP engineering, with a focus on chatbots, Langchain, Hugging Face, and General AI technologies.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Proven experience with Hugging Face Transformers and other NLP libraries.

- Solid understanding of NLP concepts, including tokenization, embeddings, sequence-to-sequence models, and attention mechanisms.

- Experience working with large datasets and applying data preprocessing techniques.

- Knowledge of best practices for model deployment and serving in production environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g.AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
