Product Designer - Figma (2-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Storyboard, and build wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to deliver new experiences to our users and tackle UX problems.

-Partner with cross-functional teams to build strategic and impactful design roadmaps that impact the business while delivering a delightful experience for our users.

- Constantly measure product metrics and strive towards informed iterations to drive business objectives and enhanced user experience.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience working as a product designer in a fast-paced environment, preferably a B2C startup.

- Proficient in converting product requirements into intuitive user journeys with hands-on experience in prototyping and illustrations.

- A high level of detail orientation and understanding of user behavior.

- You are well-versed with at least one high-fidelity UI design tool, basic UX concepts, and data-informed product design.

- You're comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment that comes with the challenges of a new product and problem space.

- Exposure to data-driven solutions.

- High proficiency in Figma.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- You have a strong online portfolio that you can share with us, that showcases your work, provides details of your role on projects, and shows examples of functional designs that you have created.
